We apply heat treatment to cast, forged and welded elements with maximum dimensions of 4,500 mm in length, 2,400 mm in width and 1,800 mm in height.
We carry out the following heat treatment processes:
- normalizing,
- full annealing,
- quenching and tempering,
- solutioning and relief annealing.
All of these processes are documented in the temperature graph per unit of time.
We can harden elements in the quenching tank with the capacity of 40 m3, using water or hydrogen as coolant.
