The overriding goal of our company is to manufacture high-quality products that meet customers’ expectations.
We guarantee customer satisfaction through the developed and implemented quality assurance system, highly qualified staff and the use of modern technologies and materials. We use the latest devices that control the chemical composition of liquid metal – POLYVAC 2000 spectrometers by Hilger and Q4 Tasman 170 by Bruker, which were purchased in 2011.
We carry out strength, non-destructive and metallographic tests. For hardness testing we use electronic devices of ZHI-D type by Zwick and Equotip by Proceq. Our products are recognized by best classification societies – Germanischer Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Polish Register of Shipping, Office of Technical Inspection, Lloyd's Register.
In 2000 we implemented and have been since maintaining a quality assurance system based on ISO 9001:2008 and certified by the PRS.
Co-operation
We prepare proposals based on legible documentation, diagrams, selected types of materials, specified number of pieces and the agreed construction requirements. The foundation for the preparation of the proposal is a legible drawing, from which (using SOLID EDGE ST3 software) a 3D solid is created in order to determine the exact weight of the casting. In turn, using Magma 5 program, we can predict technological cavities of the mould, the system of feed bobs and gating. Using Magma soft v5.0, we can simulate the process of pouring, setting of the mould cavity. We prepare workshop documentation for the construction of the pattern, mould, heat treatment, machining and acceptance documentation.
